Mini Muffins (Ages 3 and 4)
"Tastes of Europe" (4 weeks)

A series of sessions designed for your Mini Muffin to attend by themselves. They'll have fun exploring and discovering new and exciting things in the kitchen all while learning basic measuring and mixing skills.

Growing Chefs (Ages 5 and 6)
"Tastes of Europe" (4 weeks)
Cost: $40 per class or book all four for $140 (+gst) **A $20 savings
This is a hands-on introduction into both cooking and baking. Your Growing Chef will learn to recognize and cook with seasonal ingredients while working and creating masterpieces (we do introduce independent use of the stove and ovens) with other chefs their age.
Classes run Wednesday's 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Junior Chef Baking (Ages 7-12)
"Tastes of Europe" (3 weeks)
Cost: $50 per class (+gst)
This thematically based hands-on baking class is instructed by our SAIT Pastry Chef graduate Mia Varricchio. Chefs will explore diverse baking techniques and ingredients while creating delicious masterpieces.
Classes run Monday's 6:00pm-7:30pm NEW TIME!!!!!

Junior Chef Meal Class (Ages 7-12)
"Tastes of Europe" (4 weeks)
Cost: $60 per class or book all four for $220 (+gst) **A $20 savings
These Culinary Arts classes are thematically based and offer your Junior Chef an opportunity to experience a variety of cooking methods as they create delicious creations set by our culinary trained staff. Your chef will spend the hour and a half creating a delicious dinner for the family to enjoy after class all while learning valuable skills in the kitchen. Parents - sit back and take the night off from cooking! Your child will delight in sharing their prepared meal for "4" with the family that evening.

6:15pm - 7:45pm

Teen Cooking and Baking (Ages 13+)
"Tastes of Europe" (3 weeks)
Cost: $55 per class
Whether your apprentice knows their way around the kitchen or needs help developing Kitchen Survival Skills, this thematically based course will cover all the bases. Your teen will be keen to learn from our Pastry Chef. Teens will be immersed in the organizing, planning, and preparing of a delicious creation.
Classes run Wednesday's 6:00pm - 8:00pm
